As a marketing and development consultant I have had the pleasure of working with various nonprofits dedicated to safeguarding environmental conservation, ancient Indigenous traditions, and spiritual practice. Honoring my love of cultures from around the world, my work encompasses the gifts of art and literature to encourage a more conscious way of connecting with the natural world.

Born and raised on the East End of Long Island, surrounded by the sea, I have enjoyed working closely with members of both the local Shinnecock Indian Nation and Bonacker fishing communities who continue to share their wisdom and cultural traditions dedicated to ensuring sustainable land and waterways for generations come.

Through my work organizing environmental programming at the Southampton Arts Center, I have had the joy of collaborating with an impressive group of artists, social justice advocates, and environmentalists from around the world for the past decade. This relationship culminated in 2022, with A Celebration of Trees, an ecological multi-media art exhibition created as a way to educate and expand thought and consciousness about the world’s vast network of trees, and which featured over 70 artists from across the globe, including Germany, Greece, Tibet, Zimbabwe, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ireland, Jamaica, Scotland and more. My role as curator and programming director focused on bringing an Indigenous philosophy to the exhibition, and celebrating Native peoples’ divine connection to the tree world from every corner of the globe, including Hopi-Tewa, Shinnecock, Montaukett, Mbuti, Shipibo and more.

As the Project Director for the Peter Matthiessen Center, I have put forth an inspiring series of programming honoring the legacy of the late acclaimed novelist, Buddhist teacher, naturalist, and social justice activist, whose powerful prose has inspired countless generations. As the Director of Marketing for the Tribal Trust Foundation, an organization committed to safeguarding Indigenous wisdom around the world, and recently as the Director of Outreach for the Curtis Legacy Foundation, which highlights Native American culture through the photography of ethnologist Edward S. Curtis.
